Database Pro Needed – CRM Data Cleanup for small business

To an experienced data technician, this job will be super easy. But it will save me a lot of time.

Like many small businesses that don’t have CRM software, I just work from a jumble of spreadsheets and leads saved in email and SMS marketing platform accounts.

We are not talking about many columns or records here compared to larger companies. Cold lead list up to a maximum of 50k records. Many smaller lists of recent active buyers.

I want to achieve some basic goals with this project.

– get all my data together in one clean master file with as many usable columns as possible. This will just be address, contact information and some minimal spending history numbers.

– I then want to create a small number of usable lists to replace current ones that I use (2021 buyers, 20/21 buyers, free opt ins, best prospects etc)

– Get some advice from you about the best way to maintain my data in the future and maybe discuss ways in which a CRM for the business will help.

– At the end of the project provide me with a short written report about the project detailing the work completed, recommendations for the future and anything else that another database manager might find useful in the future.

With regards to technical expertise, I am not precisely sure what skillset you need. This is not my field. But I’m sure you understand. I need someone smart and very experienced in this type of work to take my files, tell me exactly what I need then give it to me.
