Visual Basic Script for Motion Control project

Need a script in VB to create a FIFO Array of data coming in, parsing it and decoding it for use in a motion control project.

Milestone 1: Create a function, to receive data in an array of 36 rows in FIFO format
Milestone 2 Search for specific data in the FIFO Array and transfer it to main program
Milestone 3: Decode the single precision decimal data from Hex Code (block code available in C#)
Milestone 4: Integrate into the existing main program
